Shipping

SAILOR & COVE are excited to offer our customers express shipping Australia wide for a flat rate of $12 using Fastway Couriers for local Perth orders and Mail Plus for the rest of Australia.

All orders are dispatched on the same day or next business day and include online tracking. 

Please allow 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive.

We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers or collects, locked bags or RMB's. A physical residential or business address is required when placing an order. 

SAILOR & COVE has no control over delivery times once your order has been shipped. Freight is a third-party service and delivery times are estimates only.

Returns

SAILOR & COVE does not offer refunds on change of mind orders, however, we can issue you with a store credit for approved returns. Sale items are not eligble for refunds or store credits. 

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@sailorandcove.com with your order number and reason for returning.

Items must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of arrival.

The customer is responsible for covering the return postage cost back to SAILOR & COVE.

All returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Faulty Items

Should you receive a faulty item in your order, please email us immediately at hello@sailorandcove.com with a photo of the item and your order number.

Refunds will not be issued on faulty items returned after 60 days from date of order arrival.
